    • Portfolio Definition
      • Faith told the group that MLANAT may make personal space available, a possible home for members' e-Portfolios. There was discussion about print vs. electronic portfolios and it was agreed that this is a personal choice.
      • Suggestions were made for ways to enhance the portfolio definition. More emphasis needs to be given on the need for reflection on educational/leadership experiences and what is learned/incorporated/implemented as a result. Jo will work on this.

    • Portfolio Examples
      • Discussed several possible sources of examples for Portfolio format in cluding the Resume Format and the Annual Review format.
      • Marcy and Pat will continue to look for existing examples and will take a stab at redoing a School Media portfolio for Leadership & Management.
      • Holly will continue to work on an Academic example.

    • Artifacts
      • There was discussion about possibly dividing the portfolios into categories. For example, U Washington library school uses these categories for student portfolios: Introduction, Instruction, Service, Leadership, and Technology.
      • Jean will continue to add to the artifact list and coordinate with Competencies.

    • FAQs & Resources
      • Everyone is asked to contribute FAQs and Resources. Everyone please contribute at least one to get us started.
